What data we collect. When you send a booking enquiry or request through the forms on this site, we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number, city, and — only if you choose to provide them — street address, estimated arrival time, and additional notes. We only collect what you choose to enter into the form.
Why we collect it. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry or booking — to confirm availability, contact you about your stay, and prepare for your arrival. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (preparing and fulfilling your booking) and the consent you give when submitting the form.
Who we share it with. The forms on this site are processed by an external provider, FormSubmit.co, which technically delivers the message to our mailbox. The site is hosted by Netlify. Neither company uses your data for its own marketing purposes — they act purely as technical intermediaries. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it. We retain your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or booking, and afterwards for as long as required by tax/accounting law where applicable. In all other cases, we delete your data upon request.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and port your data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). To exercise these rights, write to apartamentzlotenoce@gmail.com.
Local storage. The site remembers your chosen language in your browser's local storage (not on our server), so it can show you the right language on your next visit. This information never leaves your device and is never read by us.
No automated decision-making. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making based on your data.
